- Supply the water source by filling the tank with water.
- Place the nozzle in your mouth and, starting with your molars, hold the irrigator away from your teeth and gums rather than directly against them. We recommend leaning over the sink.
- Turn on the device and begin cleaning.
- Going tooth-by-tooth, direct the water at your gum line and areas between teeth. Aim for the top of the tooth, baseline of the gum, and the space between each tooth. Hold the water over each tooth for about two seconds, repeating the process on the inside and outside of your teeth until your whole mouth is treated. It should take you about two minutes to complete.
- For the Orthodontic Spray Tip move the tip along the gumline, pausing briefly to gently brush the area between the teeth and orthodontic bracket to efficiently remove food debris and plaque.
- For the Tongue Scraper Place it in the centre of the tongue, about halfway back. Turn the power of and gently pull the tip to the front of the tongue with light pressure. Repeat as required.
- Once you’re done, turn off the device, remove the nozzle, and drain the water.
- Clean your device once you’ve completed it too.
- Use once a day as part of your daily oral care routine and change the heads to focus on different elements of the mouth frequently to achieve optimal oral hygiene.
