Open the foil packet and take out your strips, using the longer one for your top teeth and the shorter one for the bottom. Dry your teeth, press the strips into place, and leave for up to 60 minutes, avoiding food and drink. Remove and brush as normal. Repeat daily for 14 days. For adult use only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have ulcers, irritated or inflamed gums, or have recently had oral surgery.
