Start with clean, dry skin and no serums or oils underneath. Put the mask on, select your treatment mode on the controller, and relax for around 10 minutes. Use several times a week for best results, and follow with your serum and moisturiser afterwards. Keep your eyes closed during use. Do not use if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a photosensitive condition, are taking photosensitising medication, or have any active skin condition or lesion in the treatment area. Keep away from children.
