Directions
- As a topper, tap on with fingers for a sparkling crushed reflective effect.
- On its own, swipe on with a flat brush for a hyper metallic, foiled effect.
How to care for your Chrome Flakes:
- The formula must remain airtight, so keep the seal tab inside and close the cap after each use.
- Upon first use, discard the safety seal and keep the silver tab inside the lid.

I usually don't buy these products as they never deliver but this was a pleasant suprise. Once on the eyes it looks amazing on its own or as a topper and Doesn't crease or go patchy if thinly layered. Need to get more of the shades now!
