Designed to coat each and every lash with hydration while protecting and sealing in moisture, the RapidShield Eyelash Conditioner is formulated with a blend of potent ingredients to boost lacklustre lashes. The serum can be used on clean lashes, under mascara as a volume building primer, or over mascara as a refresher, leaving the lashes bold and thick after each use.

Directions
