Horrible customer service or bo customer service at all inwrote emails letter tried to fins any ways to contact even that little robot but nothing . i would give 0 but theres no zero so ill give 1 star , my parcles was refused upon delivery as no one was home and i didnt get the refund back nor the product they returned the product and basically stole from me

I wish I had better to say about this because it smells divine and the wash experience is nice but once dried my hair feels like it has an oily film over it and doesn’t feel fully clean.

I dont know if im using this product wrong or something but it feels really heavy on my hair and leaves almost like an oily film on it. Smells incredible though i really wish it was a more positive user experience.
