Unfortunately, right after completing the payment, I noticed that I had forgotten to include the name of my residence in the delivery address. To resolve this quickly, I contacted your customer service team via email to request an update to my delivery information, as the order had not yet been dispatched. I was offered a refund, which I accepted, but I am still unclear about when I will receive it. Furthermore, when I check the order status on the app, it shows that the order was dispatched on November 29, but clicking on the tracking link leads to an "error" message. This situation is quite urgent for me as I need these products to continue my work.
